Our youngest additions!

We have a lovely Nursery at Mount Pellon School, where the teacher in charge, Miss Whitehead, along with the nursery nurses, Mrs Khan, Mrs Zar and Mrs Ziarab, and teaching assistant Mrs Kundi, take very good care of all our youngest children. 

Mrs Lowles, one of our deputy heads, is the team leader for all classes from Nursery to Year 2.

We have excellent, purpose built facilities for the little ones and a separate playground for outdoor play.

Some children attend for the morning session - 9.00 to 11.30 - and others come in for the afternoon - 12.45 to 3.15.

Our new Nursery children will soon all be in school - we will have a few tears, as is to be expected as they get used to their new environment.  But we are sure that they will all settle in beautifully in a very short time.

If you have any problems or anxieties about your Nursery child, or are a parent wishing to register your toddler for next September's Nursery, please call in - we can take your child's details at the main school office, or in the Nursery itself.
